Roland Eils教授,德国国家科学院(Leopoldina)院士,复旦大学智能医学研究院执行院长,德国柏林健康研究所数字健康中心创始主任,海德堡大学医院健康数据科学部主任。
Roland Eils 教授深耕数字健康、生物信息学、计算组学领域 40 余年,曾开发多个用于预测不同疾病终点的AI模型,被公认为欧洲乃至全球计算系统生物学与智能医学领域的领军学者。其科研成果发表在医学和生命科学领域的顶级期刊上,包括Cell、Nature、Nature Medicine、Nature Biotechnology、 Nature Cell Biology、Nature Genetics等。发表论文总数超过750篇(过去十年超过350篇),总被引次数超过90,000次,h指数为128(来源:Google Scholar,2026年3月),被Clarivate评为2022年跨多个学科领域的“高被引科学家”(“交叉领域”)。
Roland Eils教授的实验室专注于利用人工智能领域的创新方法开拓数字健康应用。其在复旦大学智能医学研究院的团队致力于整合来自医院和研究院的海量深度数据集,以解决健康和疾病领域亟待解决的问题。
Professor Roland Eils, a member of the German National Academy of Sciences (Leopoldina), serves as the Executive Dean of the Intelligent Medicine Institute at Fudan University, Full professor and founding director Center of Digital Health, Berlin Institute of Health at Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Director of the Health Data Science Unit at Heidelberg University Hospital.
As a world-leading scholar in digital health, bioinformatics and computational omics, Prof. Eils has over 40 years of research experience in interdisciplinary integration of mathematics, computer science and life sciences. Over the past years he has developed a number of AI models predicting a wide number of disease endpoints. He is recognized as a leading figure in computational omics in cancer and the life sciences in Europe and beyond. He has signed important papers as first or last author in the best journals in medicine and the life sciences including Cell, Nature, Nature Medicine, Nature Biotechnology, Nature Cell Biology, Nature Genetics. He has published more than 750 papers (350 over the past ten years) in peer reviewed journals. They received a total of more than 90,000 citations resulting in an h-index of 126 (Source: Google scholar, Dec 2025). Accordingly, he is listed as “Highly cited researcher” by Clarivate in 2022 at the intersection of several disciplines (cross-field).
Professor Roland Eils’s lab focuses on innovative methods from the wider field of artificial intelligence for pioneering digital health applications. His team at the Intelligent Medicine Institute is dedicated to integrating massive and deep datasets from hospitals and research institutes to address pressing issues in the fields of health and disease.
Irina Lehmann教授,德国柏林夏里特医科大学终身教授,柏林健康研究所分子流行病学系主任,复旦大学智能医学研究院特聘教授,《人类疾病系统生物学》国际会议主席。
Irina Lehmann 教授致力于呼吸系统疾病与环境健康的跨学科探索,取得了多项突破性成果。她率先利用鼻拭子单细胞测序揭示SARS-CoV-2的感染机制(Nature Biotechnology, 2020/2021),并发现了重症治疗靶点,推动拜耳制药开展 CATCOVID Ⅱ期临床试验。在儿童疾病早期编程研究中,她绘制了儿童哮喘全基因组甲基化图谱(Allergy, 2023),并揭示了环境污染物对代谢疾病的表观遗传调控机制(Nature Communications, 2020)。此外,她在AI医疗应用方面同样作出了重要贡献,主持欧盟1300万欧元项目,构建COPD/哮喘真实世界机器学习模型,并开发了基于多组学的个性化疾病风险预测框架。Irina Lehmann教授已发表论文300余篇,总引用超过18,000次,h指数达68(来源:Google Scholar,2025年12月)。
Irina Lehmann 教授实验室的研究方向涵盖分子流行病学、表观遗传学以及人工智能驱动的呼吸系统疾病研究。其在复旦大学智能医学研究院的团队致力于两大方向:(1)联合复旦大学附属中山医院,开展“COPD 恶化至肺癌转化机制”研究(国家自然科学基金项目);(2)建设呼吸疾病单细胞多组学数据库,并开发面向临床的智能医学决策AI模型。
Professor Irina Lehmann, a tenured professor at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin in Germany, Head of the Department of Molecular Epidemiology at the Berlin Institute of Health, a Distinguished Professor at the Fudan University Institute of Intelligent Medicine, and Chair of the International Conference on Systems Biology of Human Disease.
Professor Irina Lehmann is dedicated to interdisciplinary exploration of respiratory diseases and environmental health, achieving multiple groundbreaking results. She pioneered the use of nasal swab single-cell sequencing to reveal the infection mechanism of SARS-CoV-2 (Nature Biotechnology, 2020/2021) and identified therapeutic targets for severe cases, promoting Bayer Pharmaceuticals to initiate the CATCOVID Phase II clinical trial. In research on early-life programming of childhood diseases, she mapped the genome-wide methylation landscape of childhood asthma (Allergy, 2023) and uncovered the epigenetic regulatory mechanisms of environmental pollutants on metabolic diseases (Nature Communications, 2020).
