李亚东,研究员,独立PI,博士生导师。国家级海外青年人才项目获得者。2018年博士毕业于复旦大学,2023年在美国北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校完成博士后训练,入职上海交通大学医学院松江研究院。2025年被兼聘为上海交通大学护理学院学科带头人。
课题组长期从事调控睡眠觉醒和学习记忆的神经环路和分子机制研究,相关成果以通讯作者发表在Cell Metabolism, Neuron(2024,2025)和National Science Review等期刊。先后获上海市青年科技U35和美国NARSAD青年科学家奖,主持国自然联合重点和科技部重点研发等多项基金。课题组形成由博士后、博士生和科研助理构成的科研团队,可进行基于EEG在线解析的闭环神经调控、在体双光子成像结合VR编码学习记忆检测/EEG/LFP同步记录、多通道电生理、Patch-seq、蛋白质组学、脑片膜片钳和多种行为学检测。课题组经费保障完善,人员构成合理。现诚招神经环路和行为方向博士后1名。
01课题组主要研究方向:
睡眠觉醒和学习记忆原理都是脑科学基本科学问题,其调控机制是当今脑科学研究的重点和热点。本课题组在神经网络和分子水平关注:(1)睡眠觉醒的机制及对记忆的调控作用。重点研究睡眠觉醒调控海马依赖的的学习记忆和情感行为的神经环路和分子机制。(2)阿尔茨海默病早期全身麻醉术后睡眠觉醒障碍和认知情感损害的环路和分子机制。

03岗位要求
近半年内或即将取得护理学、医学、神经生物学、药理学或相关专业博士学位,在国内外顶尖科研机构受过优秀的科研训练,并发表过(或即将发表)重要科研成果并励志在学术上有所建树;优先考虑具备丰富的神经环路和睡眠/学习记忆/麻醉研究工作经验、并具备以下三项技术之一者:①在体多通道电生理;②单细胞测序和多组学分析;③基于AI的脑电解析技术。
04岗位职责:
1.在课题组长的指导下开展科研工作;
2.独立或协助申请科研项目。
05岗位待遇
