1.合作导师简介：杨明英，博士，浙江大学求是特聘教授，博士生导师。入选国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才、国家蚕桑产业技术体系岗位科学家，英国皇家化学学会会士。以蚕桑丝多元化高值化开发利用为主要方向，将蚕丝蛋白与生物、纳米、能源与环保等国家战略性新兴产业相结合，在骨组织工程和纳米生物材料研究方向取得了一系列创新成果。以第一或通讯作者（含共同通讯作者）在 Nature Communications、Chemical Reviews、Advanced Materials、Materials Science & Engineering R-Reports、Aggregate 等国际顶级期刊发表SCI论文百余篇；授权国家发明专利70余项；获省部级科学技术进步奖一等奖1项、二等奖4项、三等奖1项。担任Wiley出版的SCI国际期刊 Microscopy Research & Technique 高级副主编，Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews 客座编辑。入选科技部中青年科技创新领军人才、浙江省万人计划科技创新领军人才、浙江省高校高水平“桑蚕丝资源多元化利用团队”负责人、浙江省151人才工程第二层次培养人员，浙江省科技追梦人，担任中国蚕学会常务理事、浙江省蚕桑学会副理事长。

Postdoctoral Fellow Positions (2-3openings)

Supervisor: 

Prof. Mingying Yang, Ph.D., Qiushi Distinguished Professor and doctoral supervisor at Zhejiang University. She is a leading talent of the National“Ten Thousand Talents Plan” for scientific and technological innovation, a national industrial technology system scientist for sericulture, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC). Focusing on the diversified and high-value utilization of silk proteins, she integrates silk biomaterials with strategic emerging industries such as biotechnology, nanotechnology, energy, and environmental protection. She has achieved a series of innovative breakthroughs in bone tissue engineering and nano-biomaterials. Prof. Yang has published over 100 SCI papers as first/corresponding author in top-tier journals, including Nature Communications, Chemical Reviews, Advanced Materials, Materials Science & Engineering R-Reports, and Aggregate, and holds more than 70 authorized national invention patents. She has received one first prize, four second prizes, and one third prize of provincial/ministerial science and technology progress awards. She serves as Senior Associate Editor of Microscopy Research & Technique (Wiley) and Guest Editor of Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews. She has also been recognized as a young and middle-aged leading talent in scientific and technological innovation by the Ministry of Science and Technology, a leading talent of Zhejiang Provincial “Ten Thousand Talents Plan”, and holds leadership roles in multiple academic organizations.

Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

1. Applicants should be under 35 years old and have a Doctor’s degree in recent years, and work full-time at ZJU.

2. A Ph.D. in neuroscience, biomedical engineering, cell biology, tissue regeneration, biomaterials, or a closely related discipline. A strong record of research productivity, including first-author publications in high-level peer-reviewed journals, is expected.

3. Excellent proficiency in English reading and academic writing, with the ability to independently prepare manuscripts for publication.

4. A high level of responsibility, strong independent thinking ability, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit will be considered strong assets.

博士后工作与生活待遇

Remuneration and Benefits:

1. Competitive compensation: We operate a tiered postdoctoral funding system combining funds from the university, supervisor, department/school, and external social resources. The annual salary ranges approximately 300,000–400,000 RMB, providing a market-competitive compensation package and comprehensive social insurance (including five insurances and one fund). Additional benefits are offered based on the candidate’s qualifications.

2. Convenient living facilities: Postdoctoral researchers may rent university apartments at preferential rates and enjoy well-equipped living facilities. Children of postdoctoral researchers are entitled to the same access to local nursery and school enrollment as permanent residents.

3. Clear career development path: A research associate title will be conferred upon registration. After two years, researchers can apply for senior professional titles and will be given priority consideration for faculty positions at the university.

4. Excellent research platform and academic opportunities: We provide first-class research conditions and guidance, strong support for applying for postdoctoral science funds and other national or local research projects, and opportunities to attend high-level international academic conferences.

1. Curriculum Vitae (CV), including educational background, research experience, academic achievements, family information, English proficiency, and intended start date.

2. Supporting documents demonstrating research competence and academic excellence, such as published papers, recommendation letters, records of research projects, and awards or honors.

3. A brief statement of research interests and plans (no more than 500 words) outlining the applicant's intended research goals during the postdoctoral appointment.
