In relation to the research project Creativity in Blended Interaction Spaces (CIBIS), financed by the Danish Research Council, a postdoc fellowship is vacant.

The postdoc is three-years position, starting on 1 January 2015.

Through an experimental research approach CIBIS: 1) study seamless integration of individual creative sessions with collaborative ones; 2) contribute to the understanding of how design ideas emerge and are transformed through creative design projects; 3) investigate strategies for managing creativity constraints; and 4) explore generative design materials in creative processes.

The vacant position falls within the above mentioned research frame of CIBIS and should address creative design processes in general as well as creativity constraints and their role in design processes in particular. Methodologically, the research activities of the position should be carried out on the foundation of humanistic cross-disciplinary creativity research. The application should clearly specify how the postdoc project will relate and contribute to the CIBIS thematic research frame.

Applicants must have a PhD degree or equivalent qualifications in a field relevant to the research area described above. Applicants should have experience with investigations relating to cross-disciplinary creativity research, as well as be interested in collaborative, interdisciplinary work.
