NIH-FUNDED POSTDOCTORAL POSITION 
A federally funded Postdoctoral Fellow – Research Associate position is available to study mechanisms regulating inflammation and regeneration in the brain and spinal cord. Core techniques include culture and coculture of primary rodent and human astrogpa and cerebrovascular endothepa, genome-scale analyses (RNA-seq and ChIP-seq) of responses of these populations to defined inflammatory stimup, and in vivo vapdation of resulting data using conditional knockout animal models and pathologic human samples.

Interested candidates should have a PhD or MD degree, a strong background in molecular and cellular neurobiology, good scientific writing skills, and at least one first author pubpcation in a peer-reviewed journal with an estabpshed international readership. 
The position is available immediately, and the apppcations will be considered on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. The salary will be commensurate with the experience.
