Post-doctoral Scientist ‐ Tumor Immunology

Responsibilities
We are seeking an independent, motivated and creative researcher for a postdoctoral position. The successful candidate will join a research team that investigates tumor immunology, tumor immune response and immune cell signaling in the tumor microenvironment. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, conducting and coordinating key biological/pharmacological studies focused on the validation of novel targets.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:
• Design, perform and oversee the evaluation of new molecular targets and therapeutic agents
• Mentor and develop Research Assistants.
• Analyze, and present experimental results and present research updates to project teams and R&D management.
• Report experimental results to support regulatory filings, patents and publications.
• Maintain knowledge of scientific advances and competitive activity from scientific literature, meetings and academic/industrial contacts.

Profile
• PhD with a strong background in immunology, cell signaling and/or cancer biology ;
• Qualifications should be demonstrated by at least one first author paper published or accepted in a high-quality journal ;
• Strong experimental skills with demonstrated ability to execute well-designed decision-leading experiments ;
• Rigorous, detail‐oriented, committed and yet flexible ;
• Autonomous, self-driven and willing to constantly raise the bar ;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ;
• Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
