二、肿瘤研究所介绍

肿瘤研究所 (ICR) 是CIMR成立的第一个研究所，所长为特聘研究员李国民教授。我们的目标是战胜癌症。我们的使命是通过世界一流的研究和教育改变癌症患者的生活。我们致力于寻找用于早期检测癌症的新生物标记，并为癌症患者提供新一代的治疗和治愈方法。

三、岗位信息

01、副研究员/助理研究员

1）岗位职责

1.在PI指导下独立开展研究工作；

2.协助指导研究生以及撰写研究论文和基金申请。

2）任职要求

1.获得生命科学和生物医学等领域博士学位，具有3年以上博士后研究经历；

2.以第一作者身份在领域内主流期刊发表过研究论文；

3.具备独立开展科研工作和指导研究生能力，具有科研热情和严谨认真的科研态度；

4.有良好的英语读写和日常交流能力，能够使用英文撰写论文；

5.有细胞生物学、肿瘤免疫学、小鼠实验模型研究背景者在同等条件下优先考虑。

02、博士后

1）岗位职责

1.在PI指导下独立开展研究工作；

2.协助指导研究生以及撰写研究论文。

2）任职要求

1.获得或即将获得生命科学和生物医学等领域博士学位；

2.以第一作者身份在领域内主流期刊发表过或即将发表研究论文；

3.具备独立开展科研工作能力，对科研有热情和严谨认真的态度；

4.有良好的英语读写和日常交流能力，能够使用英文撰写论文。

5.有细胞生物学、肿瘤免疫学、小鼠实验模型研究背景者在同等条件下优先考虑。

03、科研助理

1）岗位职责

1.负责实验室仪器设备的管理、维护及日常运行保障，协助PI进行日常管理工作及行政事务处理；

2.协助团队开展课题研究，协助实验室试剂、耗材的采购与管理。

2）任职要求

1.具有生物学、基础医学或相关专业本科以上学历；

2.工作积极主动，具备良好的组织能力与条理性；

3.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；

4.具备良好的英语读写能力和日常交流能力；

5.具有分子生物学、生物化学、细胞生物学、或动物模型实验经验者优先考虑。

Open Positions

Research Associate Investigator /

Research Assistant Investigator

Main Responsibilities

a.Conduct research independently under the guidance of the PI.

b.Assist in supervising graduate students and in writing research papers and grant proposals.

Qualifications

a.PhD in life sciences, biomedical sciences, or related fields, with over 3 years of postdoctoral research experience.

b.Proven track record of first-author publications in reputable journals in the field.

c.Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and mentor graduate students, with a strong passion for scientific discovery and a solid work ethic.

d.Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and effective communication, including manuscript preparation;

e.Experience in cell biology, tumor immunology, structural biology, or mouse models is preferred but not required.

Postdoctoral Researcher

Main Responsibilities

a.Conduct independent research under the guidance of the PI.

b.Assist in supervising graduate students and in writing research papers.

Qualifications

a.PhD in life sciences, biomedical sciences, or related fields (completed or near completion).

b.First-author publications in reputable journals or manuscripts under preparation.

c.Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, with a strong passion for scientific discovery and a solid work ethic.

d.Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and effective communication, including manuscript preparation.

e.Experience in cell biology, tumor immunology, structural biology, or mouse models is preferred but not required.

Research Assistant

Main Responsibilities

a.Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment, and assist the PI with lab management and administrative tasks.

b.Responsible for the procurement and organization of laboratory reagents and supplies, and provide support to other lab members in their research projects.

Qualifications

a.Bachelor's degree or higher in biology, biomedical sciences, or a related field.

b.Proactive work attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

c.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

d.Proficiency in English reading, writing, and daily communication.

e.Prior experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, or animal model studies is preferred but not required.
