一、实验室介绍

邓子厚研究员，于中国科学院大学获得博士学位，之后在美国纪念斯隆-凯特琳癌症中心（MSKCC）从事博士后研究，于2024年6月加入首都医学科学创新中心（CIMR）创建独立实验室。本实验室将综合利用小鼠模型、基因组学、蛋白质组学、CRISPRScreen、单细胞测序技术，结合谱系示踪技术、荧光成像技术以及化学生物学等手段，研究免疫系统在肿瘤、组织损伤、神经退行性疾病等疾病过程中的功能及调控机制，并在此基础上开发新的治疗方法。

二、岗位信息

01、博士后

1）主要职责

在PI指导下开展研究工作。

2）任职要求

1.具有免疫学、肿瘤学、生物化学、细胞生物学、分子生物学或其他相关生物医学领域的研究背景，即将获得博士学位或已获得博士学位；

2.对科研有强烈的好奇心和求知欲，有拼搏进取精神，工作认真负责；

3.以第一作者身份在领域内主流期刊上发表过或即将发表研究论文，能够独立开展研究工作；

4.具备一定的英语读写和日常交流能力，能够使用英文撰写论文。

02、科研助理

1）主要职责

1.独立或协助团队开展课题研究；

2.管理和维护实验室日常工作和行政事务。

2）任职要求

1.具有生物学、基础医学等相关专业的硕士或以上学位，也考虑有研究经验的本科毕业生；

2.熟练掌握动物实验或常见细胞、分子生物学实验；

3.有较强的工作责任心和团队协作精神；

4.具备基本的英文沟通和写作能力。

Open Positions for Research Assistant and Postdoctoral Researcher

We are seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our dynamic research team in the fields of tumor immunology.

Postdoctoral Researcher

Responsibilities involve leading independent research projects, assisting in student mentoring, and contributing to grant and manuscript preparation. Applicants must hold or soon obtain a Ph.D. in immunology, cancer biology, biochemistry, cell biology, or related fields. The ideal candidate will demonstrate scientific curiosity, a strong work ethic, first-author publications in reputable journals, and the ability to work independently. Fluency in written and spoken English for academic purposes is required.

Research Assistant

Responsibilities include conducting independent or collaborative researcsh projects and managing daily lab operations and administrative tasks. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree (or a Bachelor’s degree with substantial research experience) in biology, basic medicine, or related disciplines. Practical experience in animal, cellular, or molecular experiments is required. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, and proficiency in English communication and writing are essential.
